In this practice, traditional elements of yoga are combined with tactical breath work, physical drills and mindfulness to process stress, develop strength and re-set your neurological system.
YFFR is a physical practice and mental training that is suitable for all levels, no experience practicing yoga is required. There is no music or complicated poses allowing you to focus on the physical elements of the class that will help you process stress, build resilience and enhance performance in everyday life.
