This class is part of a 4 week series to help reset your nervous system.
It is a focused program designed to help you restore your balanced and naturally serene self. We will explore breath-based movement, somatic awareness, breathing practices and restorative stillness using traumainformed, evidence-based yoga therapy methods and techniques.
Each session will explore something new, find what works for you and use it every day.
This class is suitable for beginners and those with yoga experience.
Session cost: $80.00 for 4 weeks or $25 drop in (HST included)
